Stripping and Waxing
When waxing a vinyl or linoleum floor, we first scrub the floor with stripper or heavy duty de-greaser depending on the buildup. The pad in this process is made from polyester fiber, which removes the old finish without harming the floor. We then extract the solution, rinse the floor and apply a fresh wax finish. This process protects the floor from nicks and scratches,
which optimizes the appearance. Waxing a floor once per year is recommended.
High Speed Floor Polishing
In this process, the high speed buffer machine slightly heats the floor spreading and polishing the wax. We use an acrylic spray buff solution that restores the luster. buffing reduces the need to strip the finish from the floor as often while still maintaining that glossy look and quality shine.
Weekly, monthly, or quarterly polishing is ideal.
Steam Clean Carpet Cleaning
Regular maintenance cleaning is very important for a long life and maintaining the like new appearance of your carpet.
Our powerful pre-spray enzyme formula will quickly and safely break down the toughest soiled spots on a dirty carpet.
Our Blue Line Thermal Wave Truck Mount unit provides the highest power to remove soil, chemicals and pollen from carpets. The water will heat up over 200 degrees, sanitizing any bacteria, killing microscopic insects (such as fleas, ticks or mites) nesting in carpets.
Residential carpet cleaning is recommended once per year.
